The oral doctoral examination of Catherine Annis, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, November 28, at 9 a.m. in Zoom
Annis’s advisor is Professor Julia Carboni. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Tina Nabatchi, Jun Li, David Van Slyke and Sarah Hamersma. Professor Matthew C. Spitzmueller will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Leveraging System Context to Understand Collaborative Systems in Modern Public Management.”
