Dissertation Defense: Subhasree Sengupta

The oral doctoral examination of Subhasree Sengupta, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, November 30, at 3 p.m. in Katzer Room, 347 Hinds Hall and in Zoom.

Sengupta’s advisor is Professor Jasmina Tacheva. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jeffery Hemsley, Yiqi Li, and EunJeong Cheon. Professor Srividya Ramasubramanian will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Envisioning Digital Sanctuaries: An Exploration of Virtual Collectives for Nurturing Professional Development of Women in Technical Domains.”
