This workshop is designed for ALL levels and aimed at developing a knowledge of the art of hip-hop dance. A little bit of music history, a little bit of culture, a little bit of neuroscience, a little bit of dance theory, a little bit of cultural and social anthropology and a WHOLE lot of sweat and fun!
Doors open at noon, and the workshop will begin at 12:30 p.m. The workshop formally ends at 2:30 p.m., but at this time refreshments and snacks will be provided and a 30-minute Q&A will be held to provide more insight and context into what was covered by the workshop.
