Leading through Change: Our Nation’s Approach to Cyber

Syracuse University students, faculty, staff, and alumni are invited to hear four-star General Keith Alexander, USA (Ret.) speak on how our nation should be approaching Cyber in the current climate and how to lead and drive change to accomplish that strategy. With a 40-year military career, Alexander is the Founder, Chairman, Co-CEO, IronNet Cybersecurity; Commander, U.S. Cyber Command (2010-2014) and Director, National Security Agency/Chief, Central Security Service (2005-2014). Alexander was the first commander appointed by President Obama to lead U.S. Cyber Command charged with defending the nation’s security in cyberspace. A native of Syracuse, NY, he is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
