If you have not had your HPV vaccine, Barnes Center at The Arch Health is offering two vaccination clinics on Wednesday, Sept. 14, and Thursday, Sept. 15, from 4-7 p.m. Visit the Patient Portal to schedule your appointment.
About HPV
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a viral sexually transmitted infection (STI). It is the most common STI and it has several harmful strains that can cause health complications. Most commonly, HPV is known to cause genital warts and certain cancers such as cervical, penile, vulvar, vaginal, anal and throat cancers.
