Love Your Curls

A cultural event hosted by Lambda Alpha Upsilon that is focused on breaking down the negative stereotypes and patterns surrounding curls. Parents perpetuate these patterns and we hope to not only breakdown those stereotypes, but also teach proper and natural hair care. This event will feature a guest speaker who has multiple degrees and licenses in cosmetology. He will share product suggestions and present on the the different hair styles and textures, things that damage curls and how to properly take care of them.
