What’s at Stake Post Roe?: Implications of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs vs. Jackson Abortion
Ruling (A Follow-Up Conversation)
The
Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade in July 2022 has led to various
concerns about access to abortion and other reproductive services, potential
impacts on economic and health outcomes among those who are unable to get an
abortion, debates about how the decision might influence upcoming elections,
and fear about the implication of this decision for future Supreme Court
decisions.
Join us for the
second in a series of conversations regarding the legal, political, and policy
implications of the Dobbs decision. All are welcome.
Faculty participants will include: Shannon M. Monnat (moderator), Carol Faulkner, Shana Kushner Gadarian, Sarah Hamersma, Jenn M. Jackson, and Thomas M. Keck.
