Veronica Tearney, CSCS-RSCC, Pn1, USAW
Strength and Conditioning Director, Syracuse University Athletics
Veronica is Director of Strength and Conditioning for spirit and nutrition at Syracuse University. In this role, Veronica is responsible for training the cheer, dance, and mascot squads, overseeing the student-athlete fueling station, and providing nutrition support for all athletic department teams. As a certified strength coach and personal trainer for 20 years, Tearney has a wide range of experience in the fitness world ranging from competitive figure athlete to fitness author. As a wife and mother, she navigates the demands of a full work schedule and taking care of a family all while trying to practice what she preaches by maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Jennifer Speicher MPA, FACHE
Ambulatory Administrator, SUNY Upstate Medical University
Jennifer is a former Syracuse University student-athlete, lettering 4 years in Swimming and majoring in Exercise Science with minor in Nutrition Science. She also completed her master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Currently, Jenn serves as Administrator, Ambulatory Services at SUNY Upstate Medical University where she has operational oversight for Upstate primary and specialty care clinics, delivering more than 400,00 patient visits each year. Jenn is responsible for leadership and administration of all clinics to continually improve access, quality, and experience for the community as well as faculty, staff and students providing care in the ambulatory setting every day.
Prior to joining Upstate, Jenn was Director and Lead Consultant with the Advisory Board Company, an Education and Healthcare Consulting firm out of Washington DC, where she led hospitals and health systems around the country in revenue cycle improvement projects, ICD-10 implementation planning, clinical documentation, and physician engagement initiatives.
Vitaly Dvoskin
Physical Therapist, Moving Forward Physical Therapy
Vitaly is a licensed physical therapist in New York, New Jersey, and California. He is the owner of Moving Forward Physical Therapy; The Moving Forward Company, a medical incubator and co-collaborative space for health and wellness practitioners, and ReVitalyze Health + Fitness 360, a performance and recovery club that uses the latest technology and services to accelerate client training and recovery.
Most recently, he was the Company Physical Therapist for The Neil Diamond Musical A Beautiful Noise, Dear Evan Hansen, What The Constitution Means To Me, Avenue Q, Once On This Island, The Chorus Line, Trip Of Love, Godspell, Beautiful: The Carol King Musical, STOMP (off-Broadway) and Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark. He has also worked with the Grammy’s MusicCares as well as dancers from the American Ballet Theater, New York Ballet Company, world champion Salsa, Jazz, and modern dancers.
