The oral doctoral examination of William Haws, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, September 22, at 1 p.m. in the Life Sciences Complex, room 106 (the Lundgren Room).

Haws’s advisor is Professor Kate Lewis. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Eleanor Maine, Brian Howell, Frank Middleton and Sarah Hall. Professor Rachel Steinhardt will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Identification and characterization of HMX3/Hmx3a binding partners.”
