Dissertation Defense: Michael Senatore

The oral doctoral examination of Michael Senatore, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, September 26, at 3 p.m. in the Physics Building, room 202/204.

Senatore’s advisor is Professor Britton Plourde. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Mitchell Soderberg, Ivan Pechenezhskiy, Stefan Ballmer and Matthew Lahaye. Professor John Franck will serve as chair of the defense.  The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “High-fidelity, universal gates performed on a coherence-enhanced qubit.”
