The oral doctoral examination of Nina Benway, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, April 11, at 10 a.m. at 621 Skytop Rd, room 1161 and via Zoom.
Benway’s advisor is Professor Jonathan L Preston. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Victoria Tumanova, Soren Lowell, Tara McAllister, and Carol Espy-Wilson. Professor Asif Salekin will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Artificial Intelligence Assisted Motor Learning for Speech Sound Disorders Impacting /ɹ/:The PERCEPT Project”
