Dissertation Defense: Aysha Mabin

The oral doctoral examination of Aysha Mabin, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, August 3, at 11 a.m. via Zoom.

Mabin’s advisor is Professor Ambika Krishnakumar. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Kamala Ramadoss and Dessa Bergen-Cico. Professor Lutchmie Narine will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Black Teen’s Experiences of Victimization in Dating Relationships: Assessment of Risk and Protective Factors and Outcomes.”
