Dissertation Defense: Ezekiel Choffel

The oral doctoral examination of Ezekiel Choffel, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at 11 a.m. via Zoom.

Choffel’s advisor is Professor Collin Brooke. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Gwendolyn Pough, Brice Nordquist, and Malea Powell. Professor Heather Pezzarossi will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Fighting the Gravity: Settler Colonial Interventions in Land Based Memory.”
