Dissertation Defense: Chen Quan

The oral doctoral examination of Chen Quan, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, December 12,  at 11:15 a.m. in the Center for Science and Technology, room 4-287.

Quan’s advisor is Professor Pramod Kumar Varshney. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Venkata S.S. Gandikota and M Cenk Gursoy. Professor Pinyuen Chen will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “On Energy-Efficient Wireless Sensor Network in the Presence of Byzantines.”
