The oral doctoral examination of Yang Yang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Wednesday, December 13, at 2:15 p.m. in the Center for Science & Technology, room 4-206K.
Yang’s advisor is Professor M. Cenk Gursoy. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Pramod Kumar Varshney and Biao Chen. Professor Carlos Enrique Caicedo Bastidas will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Optimization and Learning Based Energy Efficient Design in Edge Computing.”
