The oral doctoral examination of Larry Durante, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, December 18, at 11 a.m. via Zoom.
Durante’s advisors are Professor Can Isik and Tomislav Bujanovic. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Makan Fardad, Senem Velipasalar Gursoy, and Ilya Grinberg. Professor Riyad Aboutaha will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Electric Power Transmission System Performance Monitoring via Traveling Waves.”
