The Soyars Leadership Lecture Series in the Setnor School of Music presents Brittany Crawford, co-founder of the Los Angeles-based independent record label and management company Avant Garden. The team specializes in nurturing artists with a distinct perspective while helping them to build sustainable businesses. The unique partnerships with VanossGaming and Rory Farrell (of the New Rory & Mal Podcast), along with offering select artists equity in the company, have helped set them apart from other music groups.
