Dissertation Defense: Alexa Kulinski

The oral doctoral examination of Alexa Kulinski, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, June 8, at 1 pm via Zoom.

Kulinski’s advisor is Professor James Haywood Rolling, Jr. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Benjamin Dotger, James WR Fathers, and Mary Wolf. Professor Nicole Fonger will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “The Matter of Artmaking and Teaching: Exploring Preservice Teachers’ Perceptions and Uses of Matter in Artmaking, Reflection, and Curriculum-Making.”
