The oral doctoral examination of Maryam Ramezani, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, June 9, at 10 a.m. in 414 Bowne Hall.
Ramezani’s advisor is Professor Mary Beth Browning Monroe. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Dacheng Ren and James Henderson. Professor Olga Makhlynets will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Design of shape memory polymers for infection surveillance, prevention, and treatment.”
