Dissertation Defense: Nannan Ding

The oral doctoral examination of Nannan Ding, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, July 13, at 10:30 a.m. in 263B Link Hall.

Ding’s advisor is Professor Ian D. Hosein. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Dacheng Ren, Mary Beth Browning Monroe, Ashok S. Sangani, and Radhakrishna Sureshkumar. Professor Eric A. Schiff will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Multi-directional waveguide lattices for further enhancement in solar energy capture in silicon solar cell.”
