Come hear graduate student Julia Neufeld (Art History and Museum Studies) speak about the selection of Meiji-era Japanese photographs she curated that are included in “Collections Highlights: 5,500 Years of Art.” Her talk will explore ideas around identity and the construction of “truth” in the 19th century.
