Join Professor Yanhong Liu in the School of Education’s Counseling and Human Services department for a discussion on both integrating special education into school counseling, as well as training programs for school counselors to serve students with disabilities.

Learn about Project IMPRESS (Interdisciplinary Master’s Preparation of Urban and Rural Educators in Special Education and School Counseling) and how the School of Education aims to recruit, prepare, and retain fully certified, diverse special education teachers and school counselors to work with students with disabilities with high-intensity needs in high-needs schools.
