Dissertation Defense: Xiwei Guo

The oral doctoral examination of Xiwei Guo, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Monday, May 1, at 2 p.m. in Eggers Hall, room 155.

Guo’s advisor is Professor Peng Gao. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jane Read and Jacob Bendix. Professor Tripti Bhattacharya will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Morphodynamic Diversity of Alluvial River Systems in the Upper Yellow River Watershed, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.”
