“My cup of tea”: Ukrainian Food Culture
Visit the Ukrainian Culture and Conversation Table and discover Ukraine through its food traditions. Come discuss the secrets of real borscht and “codes” of korovai, Kyiv cake and Lviv coffee. We will talk about the dishes that helped Ukrainians survive the Holodomor and make a tour around ‘”highlights” of regional cuisine. Join to make the conversation “tastier”!
