The Clothesline Project is a visual display of T-shirts that are decorated with empowering messages and statistics by persons impacted by interpersonal violence. The purpose is to break the silence on dating and domestic violence to raise awareness and create a cultural change.
This exhibition is displayed in honor of Dating and Domestic Violence Awareness Month, which is observed in October. The Clothesline Project will be on display in the Schine Student Center Panasci Lounge throughout the week of Oct. 2-6.
Please note, the display is powerful and some material shared on the shirts may be difficult to read. There will be resources outside the display for those that want more support.
