Jennifer Rittmaster is a natural storyteller and seasoned marketer with more than 29 years of experience, leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the development and execution of innovative consumer experiences globally.

As vice president of consumer engagement, Jennifer is responsible for the development of initiatives that drive brand affinity and customer recruitment, as well as elevating Bobbi Brown’s aspirational and luxury positioning.

Jennifer has been with The Estée Lauder Companies since 2005 where she held marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Clinique and La Mer. In 2018, she transitioned to the global consumer engagement team for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics where she’s worked for over five years as VP.

Jennifer currently resides in New York City with her husband Steve, and two children Michael and Lucy.
