Join us as we celebrate LGBTQ History Month under the glowing lights! This class blends traditional yoga poses, breathwork and mindfulness in a judgment-free zone. This class is open to all members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies!

This program is intended to provide recreational experiences for LGBTQ+ students, but no student will be turned away based on their identity.
