Interfaith Vigil for World Peace at Hendricks Chapel

The chaplains and staff of Hendricks Chapel will host an “Interfaith Vigil for World Peace” scheduled for Dec. 13 from 8:00-8:30 PM from the steps of Hendricks Chapel at Syracuse University. To express the Hendricks Chapel identity as “a home for all faiths and place for all people,” the program will include spoken and sung prayers and reflections from several of Hendricks Chapel’s 14 chaplains and 25 religious and spiritual life groups. By gathering as an interfaith campus community to promote peace in the midst of violence around the world, our intention is to lead in service to our common good through religious, spiritual, moral, and ethical life.
