Memorial Service in Honor of Annie Eisner (Z”L) ’25

Syracuse University will host a memorial service on Tuesday, Sept. 5 at 5:30 PM in Hendricks Chapel. Annie’s family and friends encourage all in attendance to wear pink in Annie’s honor. The memorial will also be available via this Livestream Link.

Anne Eisner (Z”L) ’25 was a Public Relations student in the Newhouse School of Public Communications, a sister in Sigma Delta Tau, a loving friend to many students on campus, and an involved student at Hillel. Annie was passionate about making the world a better place through her involvement in community service opportunities, including collecting swabs for Gift of Life. As a participant in Hillel’s Jewish Learning Fellowship, she was eager to explore her own relationship with Judaism and help others in her cohort do the same.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM in Hendricks Chapel and will feature remarks by members of the Syracuse University campus community alongside members of Annie’s family.

For those interested in making a contribution to honor Annie’s memory, Annie’s family recommends giving to Cycle for Survival. These funds will be utilized to fund research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, as they pursue bold ideas aimed at transforming rare cancer treatment.
