Tough Topic Tuesday: Cancel Culture

The Tough Topic Tuesday program offers students, staff and faculty the opportunity to engage in discussion around difficult or challenging subjects related to bias, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and identity. These conversations provide campus community members with a platform for open and constructive dialogue and aim to promote understanding and connection across differences.

Sept. 5 Topic: Cancel Culture

This conversation will take a critical look at how we hold others accountable for their actions, words and behaviors while also encouraging communities to have difficult, complex and risky conversations with education in mind and without fear of being “cancelled.”
