Chahar Bagh is an Indo-Persian musical collaboration by Ehsan Matoori, an Iranian composer and santoor player honored with the New Music USA Award, and Rajib Karmakar, an Indian composer and sitar player. Chahar Bagh combines traditional and contemporary elements to create a captivating and transformative experience for the audience. By incorporating the themes of love, freedom, humanity and wisdom into the music, they will create a unique and immersive performance that celebrates the cultural heritage of Iran and India while paying homage to the Chahar Bagh concept.
