This is a unique opportunity to delve into the diverse traditions of meditation found within both the Jewish and Buddhist communities. Through guided meditation sessions and open conversations, we will seek to foster understanding, wellness, and meaningful connections between our cultures.
Light appetizers will be offered.
This event is appropriate for students who are interested in Jewish/Buddhist Meditation practices, and exploring the many practices of our cultures to promote holistic wellness and meaningful connections. Allows students to form positive ways to release stress and/or connect with others around them.
