The oral doctoral examination of Vidyesh Rao Anisetti, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, August 19, at 2 p.m. in Physics department.
Anisetti’s advisor is Professor Jennifer M. Schwarz. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Christian D Santangelo and Simon M Catterall. Professor Anupam Pandey will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “On Physical Processes that work like learning algorithms.”
