The oral doctoral examination of Weiting Huang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Tuesday, August 20, at 9 a.m. via Zoom.
Huang’s advisor is Professor Christopher I Noble. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Kara Richardson and Kenneth Baynes. Professor Jeffrey S Carnes will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Three Studies on Chance in Post-Aristotelian Philosophy.”
