The oral doctoral examination of Fortune Ononiwu, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, August 22, at 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Ononiwu’s advisor is Professor Nancy Totah. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Michael Sponsler, Yan-Yeung Luk, John Chisholm, and Xiaoran Hu. Professor Era Jain will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Studies towards the synthesis of a simplified forskolin core and phomactin A.”
