The oral doctoral examination of Qi Wu, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, August 23, at 10 a.m. via Zoom.
Wu’s advisor is Professor Moon-Heum Cho. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jing Lei, and Xiaoxia Huang. Professor Qiu Wang will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “The Effects of Self-Determination Theory (SDT)-Based Instructional Strategies on Learner Engagement in Asynchronous Online Discussions (AODs).”
