This event has already occurred. The information may no longer be valid.
Join us in a Meet and Greet and get to know new and existing members of the Buddhist Meditation Association. Here you will meet like-minded, spiritually curious students. The BMA offers a place to come as you are, learn about Buddhist practices, such as meditation, and discuss everyday struggles from a Buddhist point of view. We welcome your arrival and look forward to practicing with you!
Sangha is the Sanskrit word for a community of meditation practitioners. Being part of a sangha can provide a sense of belonging, accountability, and encouragement for individuals who are seeking to deepen their practice and cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom in their daily lives. We offer weekly sangha meetings for all students to join in meditation, the ceremony of serving tea, and discussion.
