Dissertation Defense: Stephen Caviness

The oral doctoral examination of Stephen Caviness, candidate for the Ph.D. degree,  will be held on Tuesday, December 10,  at 9 a.m. in Carnegie Building, room 111 and via Zoom.

Caviness’s advisor is Professor Joanna Masingila. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Nicole Fonger and Duane Graysay. Professor Susan Thomas will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Linking the Mathematics Identities of Learners, Teachers, and Educators.”
