Dissertation Defense: Jiyang Wang

The oral doctoral examination of Jiyang Wang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, December 13, at 9:30a.m. via Zoom.

Wang’s advisor is Professor Senem Velipasalar Gursoy. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Garrett E Katz and Qinru Qiu. Professor Carlos Enrique Caicedo Bastidas will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Cognitive Load Classification From Functional Near-infrared Spectroscopy Data.”
