Teaching issues of diversity is easy; helping people see how they are contributing to long-standing problems of diversity is hard, especially for people in a minority group – including Women of Color in STEM. Professor Charisse L’Pree will focus on how to talk back to systems of power in a professional setting to ensure that your voice and experiences are heard, understood, and incorporated into creating a more inclusive environment.
