Sangha is the Sanskrit word for a community of meditation practitioners. Being part of a sangha can provide a sense of belonging, accountability, and encouragement for individuals who are seeking to deepen their practice and cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom in their daily lives. We offer weekly sangha meetings for all students to join in meditation, the ceremony of serving tea, and discussion.
