This Presidents’ Day, in observance of Black History Month and nearly two years after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, please join us in person — or via Zoom — for a conversation with journalist, podcaster and advocate Terrell Jermaine Starr to discuss:
- his experiences covering the war in Ukraine as an independent, African-American journalist;
- why Americans should care what happens in Ukraine and;
- how voters of color can learn more about and exert more influence on U.S. foreign policy.
