Join the Barnes Center at The Arch Peer Educators for various creative sessions that incorporate mindfulness and contemplative practice.

Session Theme: Midmester Recharge – Build Your Own Sleep Kit

Is your sleep dragging? In need of a recharge? Join Mindfulness and Meditation to debunk common sleep myths and explore strategies for getting a better night’s sleep (and how mindfulness plays a role, too)! Participants will be building their own sleep kits to take home.

We will start promptly at 5 p.m. unless otherwise listed, and the workshop will run until approximately 6-6:30 p.m., depending on the program. All participants will be expected to register through the Wellness Portal.
