Operation Orange Warm-Up Coat Drive

The Office of Community Engagement, in partnership with Dr. Ruth Chen, Chancellor’s House, is organizing a coat drive to benefit those in need in the Central New York community.   This year’s coat drive runs on campus from January 23-26 and will culminate in a collection at the JMA Wireless Dome before the January 27 men’s basketball home game vs. North Carolina State.

New and gently-used winter jackets will be collected  during the week on campus at Hendricks Chapel, Schine Student Center,  Goldstein Student Center, and the Nancy Cantor Warehouse, and at entry gates of the JMA Wireless Dome gates on game day.

Schine Student Center, Goldstein Student Center, and the Nancy Cantor Warehouse will be accepting donations from 7:30 am – 7:00 pm from January 23-26.

Hendricks Chapel will be accepting donations from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm  from January 23-26.

Community partner InterFaith Works will distribute coats to members of our community who are in need.
