Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are a planning tool for postdocs: they help you lay out your research-specific goals while thinking about long-term career goals. Claire will lead a workshop on completing the SU IDP that will soon be required for all postdocs. Not only is this an opportunity to set goals and plan for your career, it’s also an opportunity to give feedback on the SU IDP form before it’s a requirement.
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided as well as a take-home mug (yay, free stuff!).
Host: Claire Perrott, Postdoc in the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs
What to bring: Your supervisor’s preferred IDP (printed or on a computer). Or, Claire will provide paper copies of the SU IDP.
