Submitting your CV Update Using the Faculty Portfolio System

Join us to learn more about using the Faculty Portfolio System (FPS) to complete your CV update process. During these sessions, we will demonstrate how to add and edit activities ranging from service and advising to publications and creative works. We will then demonstrate how to complete your CV update and submit through FPS. If time permits, we will also demonstrate how to link your ORCiD account and how to run various time-saving reports. We will leave time for questions at the end.

Note: Not all departments are using FPS for CV updates this year. If you are unsure, check with your dean’s office.

Zoom sessions will be held on:

• Jan. 30 at 9:30 a.m.
• Jan. 31 at 11 a.m.
• Feb. 8 at 2 p.m.
