Dissertation Defense: William Fannin

The oral doctoral examination of William Fannin, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Tuesday, July 23, at 10 a.m. in 426 Eggers Hall.

Fannin’s advisor is Professor Colleen Heflin. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Sarah Hamersma, and Leonard M. Lopoo. Professor Shannon Monnat will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Three Essays on Administrative Burden and the Social Safety Net.”
