Dissertation Defense: Dan Wang

The oral doctoral examination of Dan Wang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, June 6, at 10 a.m. ET in the Lundgren Room (the Life Sciences Complex, room 106).

Wang’s advisor is Professor Heather Coleman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Danilo Fernando, Sarah Hall, and Ramesh Raina. Professor Natalie Russo will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Transcriptional and Environmental Regulation of a Putative Xylan Biosynthesis Gene, PtrPARVUS2 in poplar.”
