The oral doctoral examination of Jorge Valdebenito, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, June 10, at 10 a.m. in Eggers Hall, room 112.
Valdebenito’s advisor is Professor Kristy Buzard. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Devashish Mitra, Ryan Monarch and Shafaat Yar Khan. Professor Gladys McCormick will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “The Other Side of the Coin: Effects of Anti-Dumping Duties on Targeted Firms.”
