Dissertation Defense: Gary La Point

The oral doctoral examination of Gary La Point, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 9 a.m. via Zoom.

La Point’s advisor is Professor Tiffany A. Koszalka. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jing Lei, and Donald Harter. Professor Kira Kristal Reed will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Examining Strategies, Interactions, and Level of Learning in Synchronous Instructional Sessions or Equivalent Course Sections: A Mixed Methods Study of Faculty-of-Record [FoR] versus Adjunct Faculty [AdjF].”
